Also, unfortunately, our society has decided to repeatedly ignore common sense and make ridiculous legal decisions no sensible person would even consider worth discussing. For that reason we attempt to explain below the terms of using this service in a way that our legal system can cope with in the way a normal person would be able to use common sense. As you would expect we do not accept legal responsibility for anything that you do or that happens to you even if there happens to be some link between your use of this service and a bad result. We are providing a free service to you and hopefully you will enjoy it. However dangers exist in this world as do bad people and a risk of bad results from using this service exists.

Those who place personal ads with Curious Cat Connections are the publishers of the content and are solely responsible for the information that you post and for your interaction with other users of this service. Curious Cat Connections is not the publisher of such information. In no event will Curious Cat Connections be responsible for any incidental, consequential, exemplary or other damages arising out of or relating to your use of this service.

Either you or Curious Cat Connection may remove your profile from the service for any reason.

By using our service you agree to abide by the following rules:

• We oppose online harassment and ask that you not abuse the information provided by our site by making frequent unwanted contacts with another. If you fail to adhere to this policy we will provide you with one warning. After that warning, further evidence of your noncompliance with our acceptable use policy will lead to fines up to $100 and the revoking of your account.

• You will not use any email addresses or any other information for any purpose other than the intended use of Curious Cat Connections.
• You will not harass others or use any vulgar, racist, or otherwise offensive language, either in public posted material or in private emails sent to other Curious Cat Connections users.
• You will not post advertisements or forward chain letters.
• You will not use our service to libel, defame, or slander any person, and you will not use our service to infringe the privacy rights of any person.
• You will not post any information that infringes the property rights of any person, including but not limited to the intellectual property rights of any person.

This Agreement is entered into in Arlington, Virginia. You agree that Virginia law (regardless of conflicts of law principles) shall govern this Agreement, and that any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the federal and state courts in Virginia.
